Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
Incorrect Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Lune Label is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at seesphyliss@gmail.com and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
